The COACH Housing Program has helped over 250 families achieve homeownership by providing comprehensive services, including credit counseling, budgeting instruction, homebuyer training, and ongoing support for a stable transition into homeownership.

Neighborhood Stabilization

The COACH Foundation is dedicated to neighborhood stabilization by helping Section 8 voucher recipients transition into homeowners within a decade, fostering community vitality and personal financial growth through its homeownership program.
